Five More Energy Towers Downed
The ELN guerillas knocked down another 5 energy towers, this time in Norte de Santander province in Northeastern Colombia, leaving 5 towns without electricity.
The FARC and ELN together have now downed a total of 70 towers, resulting in price increases for consumers and energy rationing in some parts of the country. Read the story from EFE News.
